Ruro has been trying to have a child for five years, but unfortunately has had six miscarriages. Her husband, Eddie, is inconsiderate, and their relationship is on the verge of falling apart.
Nelson, Ruro’s former boyfriend from five years ago, moves into a new house and discovers that Ruro and her husband are his next-door neighbours.
But he realizes that all is not well as she has become a shadow of the girl he once knew. As truths come to light, will Nelson’s desire to help Ruro find herself lead them back to the love they once shared?
