1. About This Policy
NGMoviesTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how copyright owners can request the removal of infringing material from our site, and how users affected by a removal request can respond.
Please note: NGMoviesTV is an editorial website. We do not host, upload, or stream video files. Movie posters, stills, and titles are used for review and commentary purposes. If you believe any material on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
3. How to Submit a Notice
Send your completed notice by email to:
Email: [email protected]
We aim to review valid notices within 24–48 hours. Please include "DMCA Takedown" in the subject line so your message is routed to the right team.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed from the site by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details.
Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action within the statutory period.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or who repeatedly submit abusive or knowingly false notices.
6. Misrepresentations
The DMCA provides that any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be held liable for damages. Please make sure your notice or counter-notification is accurate and submitted in good faith.
