Immerse yourself in a powerful family drama that delves deep into the scars of a toxic marriage.
ROUGH PAST tells the story of a man haunted by his troubled history, whose unresolved pain manifests as cruelty toward his wife. As she struggles to break free and reveal the truth, her cries for help are met with disbelief—especially from her own mother, who refuses to see the reality behind the facade.
This film is a raw and poignant exploration of emotional abuse, resilience, and the cost of buried secrets. ROUGH PAST challenges you to confront the complexities of forgiveness, the shadows of our former lives, and the possibility of redemption even when all hope seems lost.
